Service Description
Functional fitness workouts train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you do at home, in work or in sports. Our aim is to improve your movement patterns, body awareness, and total body power through awesome conditioning workouts lead by our coach Jonathan which are designed to get you fitter, faster ! These workouts can be for everyone no matter ability and you can push yourself to your limit whilst learning at the same time. Initially we will be running 2 class per week... One on a Tuesday at 6.15pm/7.15pm and one a Friday at 6.30am. These are 45 min workouts. Both workouts will be different and we will run them for a few weeks before changing the workout which will give you a chance to improve upon that particular Workout of the Day 😁
