Caleb’s Gym – Coached Sessions & Structured Training
Caleb’s Gym is a separate training space within the same facility.
It hosts structured sessions including:
• HYROX
• Circuits
• Guided Strength
• Boxing
• Yoga
• Pilates
It also functions as a training space in its own right.
Personal training can take place there, and members may use it outside class times depending on availability.
