All memberships are purchased online through our ClubRight system. Visit the Membership section on our website, select your membership, create your account, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email and access instructions immediately.

Day passes must be purchased online before arrival. Visit the Day Pass section on our website, create your account and complete payment. Please allow 30–60 minutes for activation. There is no pay-at-door option.

Day and weekly passes typically take 30–60 minutes to activate. Access does not work instantly.

A day pass expires at 12:00am (midnight) on the day of activation. It does not run 24 hours from the time you enter.

A weekly pass provides 7 consecutive calendar days from activation and expires at midnight on the final day.

You can watch our full walkthrough video or book a gym tour through the ClubRight app. Tours must be booked in advance, and a profile must be completed on the app which will take 2-3 minutes.

Yes. We offer discounted memberships for NHS, Blue Light and Armed Forces personnel (£5 per off standard membership) We also offer platinum Plus pricing for members aged 60+: 60 - £35 65 - £30 70 - £25 75 - £20 80+ £15 To qualify, you'll need to provide valid ID confirming eligability.

Platinum Plus is our age-based membership tier for members aged 60 and over. The monthly rate reduces by £5 for every 5 years of age, up to age 80.

No long-term contract. Monthly memberships operate on a rolling basis in line with notice terms at signup.

Yes. Cancellations are processed through ClubRight in line with the notice period. Simply send us a cancellation request via the app.

If a payment fails, access will be suspended until the balance is cleared. We normally reapply within 3-5 days.

Day and weekly passes are non-refundable once purchased. Membership refunds are not issued once access has been activated, as access to the facility and systems is provided immediately after purchase. If you beleive a purchase has been made in error , contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation.
