Amanda coaches from JP’s Gym and Caleb’s Gym in Coatbridge, helping people improve movement, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies through supportive, intelligent coaching.
Her work bridges the gap between strength training and movement-focused practice. Amanda combines strength work, Pilates, mobility training and recovery-focused methods to help clients move better both inside and outside the gym.
Many of Amanda’s clients are people returning to exercise after time away, managing injuries or movement limitations, or simply looking for a calmer, more supportive approach to training. Her focus is on helping clients understand their bodies, improve movement quality, and develop confidence that carries over into everyday life.
With experience in injury rehabilitation and pre- and postnatal training, Amanda takes a thoughtful and individual approach to coaching. Her aim is to create a training environment where people feel supported, capable, and able to progress at a pace that works for them.
Alongside personal training, Amanda also runs Pilates sessions at Caleb’s Gym, helping members develop core strength, posture and better movement control.
