Service Description

A 60 minute workout targeting your whole body including the glutes, upper body, and abs. You’ll be taught the correct methods to get the most out of your glute training, while learning pull ups while getting super strong in the process! Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is perfect to tighten, tone, shape, and sculpt your butt and waist. FREE to members. £5 to non members.
